We use “Hitomebore” rice, grown in the fertile soil and pure water of Iwate Prefecture. Furthermore, we do not use blended rice and make absolutely no compromises on quality. We rigorously manage every step of the process, from cultivation to sorting, and take great care to ensure that our rice serves as the perfect accompaniment to bring out the best flavor of our grilled meat.
